SUPERMARKET giant Coles is trying to steal the "fresh food" crown from arch-rival Woolworths.
In a fruit and vegetable price showdown, weekly "super specials" - which involve slashing regular costs by up to a half - will extend from five items to 12 as bumper crops are offloaded nationwide. Read more
