Our purpose built 1100sqm facility, with loading docks and a fully temperature controlled warehouse is fully accredited, attaining HACCP SGS System certification. The facility ensures all fresh produce is remains part of the “cool chain” from market to store.

But if there is one common cause for complaint in the age of technology it is the lack of customer service and personal contact.

Our customers get to speak to the people at the coalface - our Buyers for the inside tips on the best market produce, our Retail Consultants for improving sales, or our warehouse staff about the most efficient freight for your needs.

fROm Market floor to you

Our Buyers, Rodney, John, Jemma and Brayden, are on the Market floor every morning assessing quality and sourcing the best quality products and super aggressive specials for our customers. What they learn gets passed directly to our customers through personal contact. All this extra information regarding supply, quality and price is critical to driving our customers Fresh Produce sections forward with increased sales and profits.

Products

Fruitlink can supply a full range of fresh produce and pre-packed products to suit any market niche or ethnic grouping. From fruit and vegetables to pre-packed salads, juices, herbs, seedlings and even flowers.

We also provide a comprehensive ‘Value Added’ range for cross merchandising within your Fresh Departments. Minimum quantity or split carton option (products that can be ordered by the each or kg to help minimise your shrinkage) are also available for our smaller customers on a variety of products across our range. The full split carton range is incorporated into the Fruitlink order sheet.

Ordering and Pricing

Fruitlink technology is state of the art, allowing us to email information as it is formatted. This ensures our customers have the most up to date information, allowing them to make informed decisions when placing orders and setting prices. Our order forms are updated daily on current market prices and highlight all Banner Group, Instore, Market Day / Extra promotional specials. Order forms are sent to customers on the day prior to dispatch. Each customer’s invoice is sent to them on the day their order is dispatched from the Fruitlink warehouse. In most cases the store will receive their invoice before the order actually arrives, allowing adequate time for price changes, etc to be carried out.
