In an age of ever expanding Technology it would be so easy to cut costs and let Computers and Fax Machines Receive and Process the Fresh Produce orders from our customers. If there is one common cause for complaint in the age of technology it is the lack of - CUSTOMER SERVICE - PERSONAL CONTACT.
At Fruitlink we pride ourselves on keeping this Personal Contact with our
stores whether it be the various times each week when they place their orders
or when we contact them with Extra Specials. Our Customers get to speak
to the people at the Coalface - our Buyers (Doug Rylance, Adam Dilworth,
Rodney Scriven, Jemma Werthenbach and John Souter). Value Added product
range - Taryn Ryan is our Value Added Sales Reps.
During these conversations our Customers source extra information regarding supply, quality and price, which they use to drive their Fresh Produce sections forward with increased sales and profits.
Not only do our Buyers offer this Personal Contact but during any
given day a call to our office will find the phone answered by Jodie
Coffey and Cassie Alexander our Administration Assistants or Hayley
Regeling our Administration/Account Manager.
General Manager - Cherie Lawrence. Many of you would know
Cherie from her previous role of Retail Consultant/Marketing Manager.
Notching up 10 years service with Fruitlink, Cherie has become an integral
part of our team and when the opportunity arose following the relocation
of Adam Willison to Fruitlink Victoria, Cherie seized the opportunity
to pick up the challenge and bring a broader spectrum of industry knowledge,
customer focus and retail perception to the Fruitlink business. Customer
focus and customer satisfaction are a priority.
John Dwyer, Mark Cicero and Justin Gauci - our Retail Consultants have a
wealth of knowledge and offer the 'one on one' personal contact that we
have become renowned for. They spend 90% of their working week visiting
our customers. Helping them drive their sales and grow the Fresh Produce
area of their businesses.
Nick Addison our Operations Manager and Shane Marmin our Warehouse Supervisor,
handle the Fresh Produce once it gets to our Warehouse. Nick and Shane work
the long haul, the midnight to whenever shift and are responsible for the
huge workload in getting customer orders selected, palletised and transported.
Any freight queries can be forwarded to either Nick or Shane as they have
a comprehensive knowledge of the freight industry in NSW and Queensland.
