we provide three very experienced Retail Consultants (on road specialists)
to assist our retailers in increasing / improving their Fresh Produce
businesses`. Fruitlink retail consultants assist our customers with
business assessments, new department layouts/designs and promotional
requirements.
John Dwyer, Mark Cicero and Justin Gauci, our Retail Consultants,
have done the long haul and have many years of industry experience
in both Retail and Wholesale offering great strength to our team.
Mark, John and Justin offer a variety of instore services to our customers,
ranging from instore training, department relays, seasonal layouts and general
industry information. This can also provide a store owner with business
assessments, plans or suggestions for improving department layouts / sales
or information on fixtures and fittings.
90% of the Retail Consultants working week is spent on the road, visiting and advising our customers - this 'one on one' relationship works well. The knowledge that is passed on has proven itself, with our customers growing each and every year.
Mark, John and Justin's goal of increasing sales and profits for our
customers are achieved by improving sales methods, implementing systems
and routines and instilling greater staff enthusiasm.
