Our Retail Consultants spend 90% of their working week on the road, visiting and advising our customers in 'one on one' working relationships. The knowledge that is passed on has proven itself time and time again, with our customers selling more and growing each and every year.

Our goals of increasing sales and profits for our customers are achieved by improving sales methods, implementing systems and routines and instilling greater staff enthusiasm. We offer a variety of in-store services to our customers, ranging from in-store staff training and department relays to seasonal layouts and general industry information.

Each Friday, John, Mark or Justin walk the markets with our Buyers, gathering information for the Market Forecast that we provide to our customers. This forecast gives customers up to date information and foresight into next weeks` market activity regarding prices, quality and seasonal range

Retail Consultants are also in charge of new projects – from providing store owners with business assessments, plans or suggestions for improving department layouts/sales, to information on fixtures and fittings, and sourcing new lines for our ever increasing Value Added Range.

As well as retail support, we have a Marketing Department run by Laura Chown that organises various promotions in conjunction with the industry and Growing groups.

These promotions are designed to provide products with maximum exposure and consequently boost sales and profit. Point of Sale material is part of the package.
